We are your Neighborhood Bar and Bottle Shop. Serving a variety of wines by the glass, 50 beer offerings, 13 beers on rotating taps as well as bottles and cans for purchase to take home. This is your spot in Cary, NC to hang out with friends, family, & neighbors!
Our Story
After retiring in 2024 and driving my 3 kids to and from 3 different high schools, they all turned 16 in May of 2026. WELD was for sale and I saw the potential it had: where it was, the vibe it could have and the wonderful neighborhood it is located near. Not wanting to drive my work-from-home wife crazy with all my free time, I proposed we buy the bar and both run it when she retires next year. WELD opened in December of 2023; barring small decor and pictures on the wall, it still looks like it did when it first opened.
